Every member of our team is licensed in the state where your event takes place, and we verify every license before anyone is assigned to a booking.

Already have furniture you love? If your venue has tables and chairs you'd prefer we use, we're glad to work with what you have — as long as they're comfortable and suitable for service.

What We'll Need From You

• Access to electrical outlets

• A designated area for the service stations

• Good lighting for makeup services — natural light or a bright, neutral-lit space

Booking & Payment

A 50% retainer reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Your retainer is what holds your date on our calendar — once it's received, we stop taking other bookings for that day, and you'll get written confirmation from us right away.

Final guest count is confirmed 7 days before your event. We staff and stock based on that number, so reductions after that point don't change the invoice.

Invoices are sent securely through Square. We're also happy to provide a W-9, certificate of insurance, or any vendor paperwork your accounting team needs — just ask.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Need to move your date? We offer one complimentary date change when requested 30 or more days in advance, applied as a full credit toward your new date. Just reach out — we'd much rather reschedule you than lose you.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before your event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before your event receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before your event are non-refundable. Bookings made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and include a $75 per technician last-minute booking fee. If Mani 2 U or one of our providers is unable to fulfill your booking, you'll receive a full refund for the affected services.
